You are my helper Psalm 40.1-6 To Choir Leader. A psalm of David.
I waited patiently for the Lord, He bowed to me and heard my cry. He drew me out of the ruin tomb by the deep mud. He set my feet upon a rock and let me walk with firm steps. He put in my mouth a new song, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and do not adhere to the proud, to those who drop out in a lie. O Lord my God; many wonders you have done, and many tanks do you have for our good; none can compare with you. I will speak and tell about them, they are so numerous that they can not be counted.
Marreus 11.28-30
